US Consulates in Canada Suspend Processing 3rd Country Nationals During Summer

U.S. Consulates in Canada are temporarily suspending third country national processing during June, July, and August 2014.  Applicants with appointments already scheduled at a post in Canada during these months will not be affected.  Only emergency cases may seek consideration
